Ghyslain Lubangi – Director for Sub-Saharan Africa
Ghislain is a physician, researcher, and teacher. He holds a PhD in Medicine, Surgery, and Childbirth from the University of Kinshasa (Congo), an interuniversity diploma in Public Health and Development from the Free University of Brussels (ULB), a diploma of advanced studies in Health Sciences/Public Health from the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL/Brussels), and a postgraduate degree (PhD) in medical sciences from the University of Liège (ULG). He has served as head of division, head of mission, acting director (of a specialized public health program and private medical clinic), and public health project consultant.
