Marculey Sanon

Marculey Sanon – Director for Haiti

Marculey has a transformational spiritual heritage as well as a distinct professional background that includes over twenty years of senior project management, social work, community development, and education. He has held roles with organizations such as CARE, World Relief, and different social services institutions in Ottawa that have positioned him on the front lines of the battle against poverty. Marculey also held the position of Executive Director for Peer Servants Canada for ten years.

Marculey's parents founded the International United Evangelical Church in Haiti, and consequently, Marculey has been engaged in ministry in various ways since his youth.

Marculey's passion is to be a real servant first, delivering a message of hope to the world's materially poor and non-poor. He wants to be known for being a humble servant in the kingdom, not for his positions or titles.

Marculey's leadership style is modelled after Phil. 2:3, “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves.”
